Benefits/Tuition Assistance

Jefferson’s nurses benefit from a tradition of excellence and leadership by using the latest concepts in employee benefits. We offer one of the most comprehensive, responsive and effective benefit programs available today. The benefit program and optional benefits are designed to give you the freedom to choose the plan you need to meet the unique needs of your lifestyle.

Time-off options, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and an excellent nurse-to-patient ratio make Jefferson a great place to work—but the real attractions are the spirit of caring and the camaraderie you’ll find here.

Tuition Assistance

One of the most valuable benefits Jefferson provides is tuition assistance. Many nurses here complete their BSNs or finish their Master’s degrees at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Health Professions. Jefferson highly values education; many nurses advance their careers utilizing our tuition assistance program.

The Master of Public Health Program provides graduate training, research, and service opportunities in the primary disciplines of public health: biostatistics, epidemiology, health services administration, health education/behavioral science, and environmental science.
