Graduate nurses find Jefferson an excellent place to begin a career. You will receive a unit-based orientation under the guidance of a clinical nurse specialist, available to educate, precept and mentor the professional staff. Orientation is based on clinical practice environment to include perioperative, emergency department and critical care.
